- Expansion of production and admin facilities in Adas, India, reflecting rise in market demand; Takeover offer for Nilfisk Holding A/S submitted
- Single-digit percentage year-on-year sales growth for Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions; in part attributable to product innovations in the core “Floor Cleaning” segment
- Core market of EMEA (European economic area, Middle East and Africa) largest sales driver; slight positive trend in distributor markets; lower sales in America due to tariff policy, currency effects and higher price level; sales in Asia-Pacific region also slightly lower
- Despite adverse currency effects: sales increase in “Consumer” division; slight decrease in “Professional” business
2025 KEY FACTS
2025 KEY FACTS
Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions achieved net sales of 1.353 billion €, reaching a new all-time high and delivering single-digit growth compared to the previous year. This development was supported by innovation and sales initiatives across the Company’s categories. In addition to record net sales, FHCS also recorded profit growth and an expanded market share in its consumer business.
From a regional perspective, the main growth drivers were the Distributor and EMEA consumer markets. In EMEA consumer markets, FHCS achieved particularly strong double-digit net sales growth. The Professional business remained on par with the previous year’s results, mainly due to exchange rate effects.
This development underlines the continued relevance of the Company’s consumer- and end-user-centric portfolio. Growth was recorded across all categories, with floor cleaning once again representing the strongest-performing product segment. Laundry care, e-products, dusting, and scouring products also contributed to the overall positive business performance.
